东南大学SEU-EFREI国际班项目（SEU-EFREI Computer Science for Engineers International Program）自2019年启动，于每年的秋季学期开班，每年约30位来自法国巴黎二大电子与计算机信息工程师学院（EFREI）的大学生整建制来东南大学计算机科学与工程学院学习。
2019年首届整建制SEU-EFFRI国际班顺利开课，学院首批招生28名来自法国巴黎电子与计算机信息工程师学院（EFREI）的大学生。首届开设的专业课程包括5门全英文课程（Network and Protocols、UML using C++、Operating Systems、Java1、Databases）及1门介绍中国文化课程。2020年以来由于疫情，国际班暂停招生。2024年东南大学重新与巴黎电子与计算机信息工程师学院签订协议，秋季学期国际班重新启动，迎来29名同学，与2019年相比，来自法籍学生占比更高。同时开设课程也做了相应调整。
本项目包含四大特点：
1）国际化师资团队：由我院具备海外顶尖高校教学经验的青年骨干教师组成专业课程组，整合海外教育学院汉学专家构建文化教学组。
2）同源化生源结构：来自法国EFREI学院，教育背景统一，专业统一，因此课程更专业，教学大纲由双方共同制定。
3）专业化课程体系：中法教师团队通过定期开展联合教研会议、云端备课平台，就课程体系设计及跨文化教学策略等维度进行全方位对话。
4）沉浸式文化体验：安排南京的人文历史景点和企业园区参观，激发法国学生对中国传统文化的兴趣，节假日安排走访活动，促进中美学生了解中国国情，加深两国年轻人理解和认识中美合作的重要性。
The SEU-EFREI Computer Science for Engineers International Program was launched in 2019. The first SEU-EFREI International Class commenced successfully in 2019, enrolling 28 students from the Paris Institute of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science (EFREI) in France. Due to the pandemic since 2020, the international class paused admissions. In 2024, Southeast University renewed its agreement with EFREI, and the international class resumed in the fall semester, welcoming 29 students, with a higher proportion of French students compared to 2019. The program is led by the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Southeast University, carefully arranging teachers with overseas study experience and proficiency in teaching in English to provide four months of fully English-taught courses for French students, covering six specialized computer science courses such as Operating Systems and Java Programming. To help French students better understand Chinese history and culture, Southeast University also offers a course on Chinese Culture.
